Disable auto-login feature in Windows 8

If you sign in to Windows 8.1 product key with a Microsoft account, applications like Messaging, Mail, People, Calendar, etc. will automatically log on. Although convenient, some people may not like this feature, especially the Messaging app. If you are one of these people, you can disable the feature if you do not need it.
1. Turn off the Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant:
You have two ways to do this:
- Method 1: Open Control Panel> click System and Security. Then click on Administrative Tools and launch Services. In the same window that appears, go to Microsoft office 2016 product key Account Sign-in Assistant> right-click it and select Stop to disable this service. Then, you let the computer restart for the change to take effect.
- Method 2: By creating another personal account, you can disable the automatic login feature of Windows 8 product key. To create a new account, open the PC Settings interface by pressing the Win + I and click on Change PC Settings. Open the Users pane on the left column> click the Create a local account button. Then restart your computer.
2. Turn off automatic sign-in Messaging application:
Start the Messaging application and press the Win + I shortcut (in the program interface). Click on Settings and then select Options. Move the black button on the slider to the left to switch to the left state.
