Enable Safe Mode in Windows 8

Safe mode is a mode where only the applications needed to start Windows product key are activated so that the environment is convenient for you to fix system errors or viruses.
Unlike previous versions, you can easily enable safe mode via System Configuration (msconfig). In Windows 8 product key, in order to enable / disable safe mode you must use the command line with a customized set of tools called Boot Configuration Data (BCD). In Windows 8 BCD is the place to store information about the boot process, when editing through the BCD, the application will add the system command to the boot.ini file.
To enable safe mode in Windows 8 you do the following:
First off the Start screen, turn on All Apps (right-click in the empty area and select All Apps) and then right-click on the Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
Enter the BCD command line of bcdedit / enum / v
Record the index of the line indentifier and description.
Enter the command line bcdedit / copy {identifier} / d "(Safe Mode)".
Then close the Command Prompt window and press the key combination Windows + C, enter the keyword msconfig in the search box, you will be the result msconfig.exe.
In the System Configuration window, navigate to the Boot tab, you will see one more line with the description Safe Mode, select this line to set the boot time and check the field.
> Make all boot settings permanent.
Press OK to save the setting and restart the computer.
As with previous versions of Windows, when you boot you press F8 to display the Boot menu and select Safe Mode.
